The feeling of gratitude and inspiration I have has been overwhelming.

This has been a vision and a dream for 15 years!

And to think it all came about from a terrible vertebrae injury to my T 1, 2 and C7

I was determined to not be handicapped at 25yrs old and was blessed to have found the information needed to begin my journey to recovery from my debilitating neck injury.

From that moment on I was inspired, passionate and confident, in what I had learned about the body and it’s remarkable healing powers through diet and health.

At this point I felt this terrible injury happened to teach me a lesson, like the many other lessons I had to make sense out of this way.

But it’s true we grow, build character and resilience getting through tough times. So I try to embrace them now as opportunities to better myself.

Just like they say, “you can’t make diamonds without pressure.” And I believe in that, which is why I love what I do!

I’m able to challenge individuals to better themselves and do it from a place where you can be safe and feel loved and respected.

Because it really is all about you all.

I can’t be me without your support, trust and faith in me to walk with you through a healthier lifestyle.
